		<description>Paul, my insurance covered me just fine in Kyrgyzistan and Uzbekistan this year. Uzbekistan has gnarly heli skiing, by the way - also cheap, like Kashmir.

		<description>I don&#039;t really get it either. Here in Washington state, to climb Mt Rainier with an outfitter - $ 1000-1500...In Alaska, climbing Mt McKinley- $ 5000 
But Kazahstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan- poor ass country, where US Dollar goes a long way...
I bet, it has a lot to do with insurance, liability and all that crap....</description>
